Arrowstorm Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Arrowstorm mobile game ("the game", package com.innings.arrowstorm) collects, why, and the choices you have. Arrowstorm does not require an account, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress, settings and rewards are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.

2. Information collected by third-party services

The game uses the following Google services, which collect some information automatically:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. It may collect device identifiers such as the Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data, to serve, measure and (where you consent) personalize ads. How Google uses ad data.
• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage events (e.g. levels played, sessions, app version) to understand how the game is played and improve it.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and device state at the time of a crash, to fix bugs.
• Firebase Performance Monitoring — app performance data such as start-up time and frame rate.
• Firebase Remote Config — fetches game settings (such as update notices) from our servers; uses an app instance identifier.

These services are provided by Google LLC and governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. Data may be processed on servers outside your country.

3. How we use information

• To run the game and deliver ads that fund it;
• To measure and improve gameplay, stability and performance;
• To show important notices such as app updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those above.

4. Consent and your choices

• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings → Privacy options.
• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
• You can stop all collection by uninstalling the game.

5. Data retention and deletion

Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months; crash reports for up to 90 days. Because we do not collect identifying information, we generally cannot link data to you. If you would like us to delete data associated with your device, email us with your app instance details and we will act on the request through the tools Google provides.

6. Children

Arrowstorm is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data sent to the services above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
